These terms apply to all business inquiries submitted via envenance-ITAD.com. By submitting a contact or quote request, you agree to these conditions.

3. Services
Our services include asset inventory, data erasure, logistics, recycling, resale, and reporting. All offers are non-binding until a written agreement is signed.

4. Liability

4.1 envenance (and sub-contractors in so far applicable) cofirm to comply with all relevant legal regulations, particularly with the relevant legislations upon waste and the legislation upon pollution control.

4.2 Loading and unloading and securing the waste during transport and storage is in the sole responsibility of the service provider of envenance. When carrying out this work, the relevant national regulations upon accident prevention stipulated by relevant associations, jsut as well as the regulations upon fire protection and safety must be complied with. Envenance makes sure in its own agreements that this requirement is met.

4.3 envenance shall be liable for damages for a maximum of 1 Million Euro per case of damage, including civil liability and environmental liability. The certificate of the insurance company is available from the management board.

4.4 envenance and its service providers shall be liable in full for all damages caused by them relating to the work carried out for customer or client orders.

5. Governing Law
The services of envenance SAS are governed by French law. The place of jurisdictation for all disputes arising from this Agreement is Nice, France.
